How many plans can I sign up to at one time?

Each user can only be enrolled into one training plan at a time.

I paid for my plan but it's not letting me access the courses

First make sure that those courses are included in your plan, then contact Feenics for assistance.

How many times can I do the training?

As many times as you want.

What if I fail the quizzes?

Don’t give up! Review the videos and written documentation.

Can I share my account with others?

We can’t stop you, but remember that only the named person of the account becomes certified.

How long do I have to complete the certification process?

Take as much time as you need, when you’re ready, let us know!
