How it Works
Toggle between RMA forms for Defective hardware, or New & Unused. Once the correct form has been selected, please complete all required fields. Once submitted, you’ll receive an e-mail from Feenics including your RMA number and instructions for return. Hardware returned without an RMA reference will be rejected.

For defective hardware returns, a new purchase order number is required. Advanced replacements will be shipped via standard ground shipping. If the hardware is found to be in working order a diagnostic fee and all associated shipping costs will be invoiced.
For new & unused returns, Feenics will issue a credit equal to the purchase price of the product(s), minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
Please note that RMA requests should be submitted only by Certified Technicians to minimize returns due to user error.
